This document outlines the specific terms and conditions (“Author Terms”) that apply to any user who posts an advertisement (“Author” or “You”) on the TestyAds website (“the Website”). By posting an ad, you agree to be bound by these Author Terms, in addition to our main Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Author Terms, you may not post any advertisements on the Website.
1. Author Eligibility and Responsibility
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to post an ad on TestyAds.
- Sole Responsibility: You, the Author, are solely and entirely responsible for the content of your advertisement. This includes all text, images, links, and any claims or offers made within your ad. TestyAds is merely a platform and does not endorse or verify the content of any ad.
2. Content and Image Policy
All advertisements must adhere to the following content and image policies:
- Legality: Your ad must not promote any illegal services or activities according to the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Truthfulness: All information provided in your ad must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You may not impersonate any person or entity.
- Prohibited Content: Your ad may not contain content that is hateful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or obscene. Content that promotes discrimination or violence against any individual or group is strictly forbidden.
- Intellectual Property: You must own the rights to all images and text used in your ad, or have explicit permission to use them. Do not use copyrighted material, trademarks, or images of celebrities without proper authorization.
- Image Authenticity: All photos must be of you or accurately represent the service you are offering. The use of stock photos, or images taken from other websites without permission, is not allowed.
- Privacy: You may not post any personal contact information (e.g., full name, address, phone number) of another person without their explicit consent.
3. Rules of Conduct for Authors
- Professionalism: You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with other users who respond to your ad.
- No Spam: You may not use your ad to send unsolicited messages (spam) or engage in fraudulent activities.
- One Ad Per Service: You should not post multiple ads for the same service in the same location to dominate the listings. Duplicate ads may be removed.
4. Moderation, Removal, and Termination
TestyAds reserves the absolute right to moderate, edit, or permanently delete any advertisement at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. The decision of the TestyAds admin is final.
Any violation of these Author Terms will result in the immediate removal of your advertisement and may lead to the permanent suspension or termination of your account.
5. No Refund for Violations
As stated in our Refund and Returns Policy, if your advertisement is removed due to a violation of our terms, you will not be eligible for a refund for any promotional packages or fees paid for that ad. All payments are final.
6. Indemnification
By posting an ad, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TestyAds, its owners, and its employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from the content of your advertisement or your violation of these terms. This means that if a legal issue arises because of your ad, you will be responsible for it, not TestyAds.

By clicking “Post Ad” or submitting an advertisement on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Author Terms & Conditions.
