How do I start posting ads? ▼

Sign up for free and post immediately. The Free plan costs nothing. For more posts or longer ad durations, add balance and buy a paid plan instantly.

How do I add money to my account? ▼

Go to Deposits, choose your payment method, send the amount, then submit your transaction screenshot and reference ID. Our team approves it and your balance updates.

How do I buy a paid plan? ▼

Add balance first. Come back here — if your balance covers the plan price, a green Buy Now button appears. Click it, confirm in the popup, and the plan activates instantly. No admin approval needed.

What happens when my posts run out? ▼

Your account switches back to the Free plan automatically. Ads already live stay visible until their own expiry date — they are not removed.

Can I buy the same plan again before it expires? ▼

Yes. Remaining posts carry over and stack on top. Example: 5 posts left + new 30-post plan = 35 posts total.

What is a City Boost? ▼

A boost puts your ad at the top of search results in your city. Some plans include free boosts. Once used, you can buy more from your balance.

What does boost discount mean? ▼

A percentage off every boost you buy. 20% discount on a $1.00 boost means you pay $0.80. Applies automatically.

Why is my balance still $0 after payment? ▼

Deposits are reviewed usually within a few hours. After 24 hours with no update, contact support with your screenshot and reference ID.

Can I use balance for anything other than plans? ▼

Yes — balance also pays for city boosts on individual ads. Just go to your ad and click Boost.

Is there a refund policy? ▼

Plans activate instantly and are digital, so refunds are generally not available. For genuine issues, contact support and we will review.
